I took my painting workshop group through Provence for Painters to a local French night club. It’s like going back in time, seeing French people waltzing. The experience is very peaceful and relaxing, seeing local French people. View video:

I was able to go to an antique market while I was in France. The antiques are beautiful.
I had a cooking lesson with Jane, who owns the B & B and is an amazing chef. I learned to make Ratatouille, Gratin Dauphinois (a local dish) constisting of potatoes very thinly sliced and baked with butter and cream and Tomatoes Confeit (marinated tomatoes with garlic and spices).
One evening, we attended a choral concert performed by a local choir, Choeur Odeyssee, in a small Romanesque church which sits a hill in a little village called Comps. The Catholic church is only used for concerts now.
